Maxwell's Pendulum: The Plan
A coded manuscript. A 600-ducat purchase. A conspiracy that builds itself from real sources.
In 1599, a barrel of books arrived at the court of Emperor Rudolf II in Prague. One of them may have been the Voynich Manuscript, a 600-year-old document written in a script no one has ever decoded. That transaction is where this starts. Where it goes is somewhere else entirely.
Maxwell's Pendulum is a research project that began with the Voynich Manuscript and kept finding connections: to the Rosicrucian manifestos, to Shakespeare's sonnets, to the Corpus Hermeticum, to the grimoire tradition, to a factorial sequence embedded in the historical timeline. Some of those connections survive rigorous testing. Some don't. The ones that don't get cut. The ones that survive keep surviving.
Each episode follows the research as it happens. Real sources. Real URLs. Real history. The conspiracy is assembled from documented facts, and the question is never "is this true?" but "why do these numbers keep appearing where they shouldn't?"
New episodes follow the research as new topics enter the investigation. Start from the beginning.
